Farm Business Planning is an in-depth, six-week class on economic and organizational strategies and tools for a successful farm business. The course is intended for those who have been in business for at least a year, and want to get a better handle on the business aspects of their farm or ranch operation. It covers farm economics, cash flow management, operations planning, risk management, and marketing strategies.

The course is limited to a total of 8 farms/ranches so that we can focus on each individual farm or ranch and help you build more successful farms and ranches. There is homework for each session, and we ask participants to commit to attending all 7 sessions.
