California Farmlink is a nonprofit organization based in Santa Cruz whose mission is to link independent farmers to the land and financing they need for a sustainable future.The Administrative Associate is a critical member of FarmLink's team, supporting finance, operations, basic office needs and contributing to various campaigns in Communications and Programs. Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Support Finance & Operations Manager Bank deposits Answer incoming calls Support staff in implementing workshops and events Data input into Salesforce, Customer Relations Management system Assist in organization of Google Drive files Upkeep of files and general office tasks Miscellaneous projects as they arise Board meeting preparation and organization
Education & Experience:
Qualifications Minimum 2 to 3 years bookkeeping/accounting & office administration experience Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel Working knowledge and experience with Quick Books a plus Knowledge of Salesforce preferred Team-oriented approach within the work environment
