Crop insurance programs are no longer out of reach for organic and diversified farms! The USDA has introduced Whole Farm Revenue Protection (WFRP) insurance and adjusted other crop insurance programs to better meet the needs of organic and other diversified farmers. The webinar will cover Whole Farm Revenue Protection (WFRP), Non-Insured Crop Disaster Assistance Program (NAP) and a number of other crop insurance programs that can help you protect your farm from unforeseen financial losses.
Presented by California Farmlink and hosted by CCOF. Support for this project is provided through a cooperative agreement with the USDA Risk Management Agency.

The half-day summit and reception is aimed at increasing awareness of FSA programs and how FSA works with organizations like FarmLink and our partners ALBA (Agriculture and Land-Based Training Association), CASFS (Center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems), and EPCDC (El Pajaro Community Development Center) to ensure farm business success.
A half-day conference for Central Coast farmers and food system professionals to share ideas, strategies, and practical tools for farm business success amongst farmers, farm service providers, food processors, retailers, wholesalers, buyers, restaurants/chefs, and artisanal value-added producers. Develop and increase fruitful business and educational relationships. Panels and speakers from 2-6pm; Networking Reception featuring local farms, products, and libations from 6-8pm.
