Whole Farm Revenue Insurance Workshop
Tuesday, January 24th3-6 PM

Do you know what crop insurance is? You might not, because there has not been a program available that works for most of our farms.
Crop insurance ensures your crops or livestock, or in this program, your entire farm revenue, against natural disasters, fire, pest losses, etc. and may replace damaged trees or vines. There is a brand new program that covers Placer and Nevada. Catharine Anderson from the Risk Management Agency in Davis will be coming up to talk about the program. We will also have one or more crop/livestock insurance agents who can answer specific questions. Attached is a fact sheet on the program.
Workshop is free. Pizza and soft drinks will be provided. Registration will open in early December.
