Good Humus Produce is a 30-acre Organic Family Farm that has been producing in the Hungry Hollow region since 1976. We have a small CSA, attend 3 farmers markets, and sell locally to stores. We are currently looking for a motivated, focused, and reliable person able to work long hours alone or in small groups, in field or in packing area.
This full-time position requires Monday through Saturday work, we begin at 7am all spring, and move to 6am as summer begins. The work will be primarily harvesting for our weekly deliveries, greenhouse propagation, irrigation management, harvest, cultivation, and maintenance of the ground. The best candidate will be able to follow direction while working independently and without use of media or communications technology. Working well under tight deadlines while paying attention to detail, and hourly adjustment to work is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Communicates daily with owner and experienced farm workers on a daily basis for short term planning -Harvests, weighs, labels, and delivers farm products to various locations -Cultivates crops: Roto tilling, hand hoeing, and hang weeding -Set up and repair drip lines and sprinkler irrigation -Propagate and manage seedlings in greenhouse -Transplanting in the fields -Assists in the seasonal pruning of perennials including fruit trees, hedges, and herbs -Monitors and maintains working condition of tools and supplies and working areas -Be professional at all times -Any and all other duties as assigned

Delivery Driver, Part-Time at Eatwell Farm
Eatwell Farm is looking to expand through new employees, new partners and projects to create more delicious, organic and sustainably raised food for members of our community, to make better and more efficient use of our land and to cultivate an even stronger community around local agriculture by growing business opportunities for young and new farmers.
We are currently looking for a delivery driver. We deliver our boxes of seasonal produce to our members in the Bay Area. We need a driver Wednesdays and Thursdays, Starting at 4am. Each day is normally under 10 hours work. We use Sprinter Vans.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You must have:
A clean drivers license (DMV drivers record required, available online for $5)
Be fit and able to do the work.
Work safely and swiftly.
Show competence in driving in the Bay Area.
Accurately deliver multiple items to up to 20 locations each day.
A high standard of work.
Be courteous and polite.
Spanish speaking preferred.
