On-Farm Food Safety Workshop

·       Key practices to reduce the risk of produce contamination on your farm
·       How to assess your farm's risk of causing food borne illness
·       What you will have to do for your farm to comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and when
·       Things to know for a food safety audit

Workshop fee: $10 per person. Fee includes drinks, snacks, and materials.
